Abstract

Report provides a drought contingency plan for Mansfield Hollow Lake that would be responsive to public needs during drought situations. This plan provides for a 90 percent chance of dependable water supply yield of about 5.8 cfs. (3.7 MGD) while maintaining downstream release of 15 cfs or permit encroachment on flood control storage to elevation 213 feet ngvd, providing a maximum emergency water supply reserve of about 3,480 acre-feet (1,134 million gallons).
