Distribution of Functionality and Levels of Functionality as a Solution to the CONOPS Problem.

Abstract

This document is the final report to study the distribution of functionality within a distributed system so as to provide the system with graceful degradation. In addition, overall system capabilities were studied in an effort to describe system performance as system resources were alleviated due to failure.
