Integrated Multiple Project Scheduling System,

Abstract

The problem of simultaneous scheduling of multiple projects within the Engineering Division of the St. Paul District, Corps of Engineers, is addressed using a decision-making algorithm in conjunction with a computer software package (IMPSS). This report details the capabilities and limitations of the software, outlines theories used in development and use of IMPSS, and illustrates the IMPSS decision-making algorithm by example. (Author)
