Characterizing Dominates on a Family of Triangular Norms.

Abstract

In this paper the dominates relation was characterized on a family of semigroups on the unit interval. The dominates relation was shown to be transitive on that family. A t-norm is a function defined from I sub 2 to I = (0, 1) which is commutative, associative, nondecreasing in each place, having zero as a null element and one as an identity.
