Frequencies of Piezoelectrically Forced Vibrations of Electroded, Doubly Rotated, Quartz Plates.

Abstract

Two-dimensional equations of motion of piezoelectric crystal plates, obtained from the three-dimensional equations of linear piezoelectricity by expansion in power series of the thickness coordinate of the plate, are solved for forced vibrations of electroded SC-cut quartz plates. Results of computations are given for frequencies of simple thickness modes of vibration, for the dispersion of straight-crested waves and for frequencies of vibration of a strip. (Author)
