Implementation Plan for Data Collection, Reduction, and Analysis in Support of the Automated Technical Control (ATEC) Joint Operational Test and Evaluation Program (JOT&E).

Abstract

The purpose of this Implementation Plan is to provide for the collection, storage, and processing of data gathered by the ATEC Test Team. The Plan is a result of an analysis of the JOT&E Test Plan, Annex A, discussions with AFCS personnel, and observations made during a December 1975 visit to the Federal Republic of Germany. The salient of this plan is that the software developed will be reusable on any Government WWMCCS computer system. The software will be divided into two basic functions: verification of input, and data processing. The verification of input software will be written in a higher order language. The processing software will utilize the WWDMS data management software routines and the Honeywell version of the BDM statistical software routines. Both software packages are standard on any Government WWMCCS computer system. (Author)
