Abstract

This report summarizes alternative water and land management plans developed that are compatible with the development goals at Lorain Harbor. The following principle water resource problems were identified and studied: Commercial Navigation, Small-Boat Harbor needs, and Erosion and Sedimentation needs. (Author)
