Measurement of Task Performance on the Basis of the Time/Event Matrix: An Extension of Methods.

Abstract

Previously reported measures of complex task performance are supplemented with a number of new measures. Formulas for calculating all measures now utilized are presented. Data collection on the basis of the time/event matrix is explained. Information about the print-out numbers of the various measures for some recently developed complex man-machine simulations is provided. (Author)
