Abstract

The analysis report for the development of a functional basic skills education program for radio teletype operators describes how the decisions on what to teach were made. The prerequisite competencies selected for training and not selected for training are discussed as is the rationale for selection. Relationships of prerequisite competencies and course learning objectives and interrelationships among these competencies are discussed. Method and procedures are described. Principal findings and difficulties encountered are reported. See also interim analysis report.
