Management Personnel Performance Monitoring Guide.

Abstract

This technical document contains guidelines to insure sufficiency of action by acquisition managers for the provision of adequate and cost effective on-line system-level test and performance monitoring capability in prime system acquisitions. These guidelines are time-oriented to the technical and contractual actions normal to the DSARC acquisition process. System-level test, and performance monitoring actions are highlighted to provide contrast with other engineering, technical and contracting actions. (Author)
