Transition Socialization Effectiveness Years One and Two

Abstract

This research program, deals with the processes by which individuals are successfully (or unsuccessfully) socialized during their transition across various organizational boundaries. The transitions of particular interest are entry into the organization and transfer to a new position, unit, and/or location. These transitions are endemic to formal organizations, including the military.
