Guide to Government Reliability, Maintainability and Quality Assurance Organizations.

Abstract

This final report was prepared to document the final results of an in-house study effort. The purpose was to identify reliability, maintainability, and quality assurance organizations within the government as a means of improving communication, cooperation and technology transfer. Surveys were distributed to over 200 agencies thought to have a role in these disciplines. Respondees were encouraged to add the names of others not included in the original distribution. The results, as presented, represent a first attempt at compiling such a listing. Subsequent updates will be more complete.
