USAF/SCEEE Graduate Student Summer Support Program (1982). Management and Technical Report.

Abstract

A pilot program for graduate Student Summer Support via the AFOSR Summer Faculty Research Program (SFRP) was initiated by contract modification on 26 March 1982. The program was developed as an adjunct effort to the SFRP. Its purpose is to provide funds for selected graduate students to work at an appropriate Air Force Laboratory or Center with a supervising professor who holds a concurrent SFRP appointment. Although only 16 positions were budgeted, SCEEE appointed 17 graduate students who represented fifteen schools and ten disciplines in science and engineering. (Author)
