Range Reference Atmosphere 0-30 Km Altitude, Dugway, Utah

Abstract

Using the best available upper atmosphere data base to include rawinsonde, rocketsonde and possibly other high-altitude data sources for the range location, the task is to establish a model of certain statistics for wind and thermodynamic quantities derived in a uniform manner and published in a standardized format.
