Abstract

Subject report identifies the research activities conducted by Fitzsimons Army Medical Center investigators through protocols approved by the Institutional Review Committee and registered with the Department of Clinical Investigation during Fiscal Year 1982 and other known presentations and publications by the Fitzsimons Army Medical Center professional staff. The research protocols described were conducted under the provisions of AR 40-38, as amended, Clinical Investigation Program, AR 40-7, Use of Investigational Drugs in Humans, AR 70-25, HSC Reb 40-23, as amended Management of Clinical Investigation Protocols and Reports, Use of Volunteers as subjects of research and AR 40-38, as amended, Department of Clinical Investigation, policies and procedures, to insure the medical well-being, preservation of rights and dignity of human subjects who participated in these investigations.
