Abstract

Phase II consists of a comprehensive preliminary environmental survey to define and quantify the presence or absence of contamination that may adversely affect public health or the environment. This report describes the work performed during the Phase II program at McClellan AFB, California, including development of recommendations for follow-on actions and future monitoring.
