Statistical Analysis for the Nondestructive Inspection (NDI) Technician Proficiency Measurement Program.

Abstract

This paper describes two new procedures for the proficiency scoring and ranking of AF NDI technicians. These procedures appropriately weight a technician's ability to detect flaws of different sizes and excessive number of false calls is penalized. (Author)
