Organizational Correlates of Project Upgrade.

Abstract

Extensive analyses of organizational survey and unit performance measures resulted in the finding that unit Upgrade percentage was closely tied to organizational practices and conditions obtaining much earlier in the units' history. The effects appear to have been transmitted across several complete changes of command. (Author)
