An Evaluation of the United States Air Force Menu Concerning Kilocalorie, Total Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium.

Abstract

This monograph investigates the pros and cons of some of the dietary goals set forth by the government. This investigation is followed by calculations of the nutritional value of calories, total fat, cholesterol, and sodium within the present USAF menu. The monograph concludes with a discussion of these nutrient values meeting the dietary goals.
