CORDIVEM European Terrain Data.

Abstract

The CORDIVEM combat simulation model requires large amounts of terrain data for successful modelling of corps and division level processes. As of March 1982 the terrain data was limited to the usual Fulda Gap area of the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG). This document describes the data sources and the methods used to develop a corps-sized European terrain data base for the Corps - Division Evaluation Model. (Author)
