A Note on the Analysis of Random Balance Designs.

Abstract

In this report the use of separate F-tests as a method of analysis for Random Balance designs is discussed. The validity of this test procedure is shown by relating the RB model to the exchangeable linear model. For this latter model, the usual F-tests are known to be valid for certain hypotheses.
