Management Costs of DoD Military Construction Projects.

Abstract

Study compares management costs of Corps of Engineers and Naval Facilities Engineering Command for design and construction of military construction projects with those of other government agencies and the private sector. Conclusion is that costs are comparable when differences in type of services provided, size of construction project, and complexity of project are accounted for. (Author)
