Conceptual Design of an Enlisted Force Management System for the Air Force.

Abstract

This Note provides a description and assessment of the Air Force's current enlisted force planning and programming system, and concepts and recommendations for the development of an improved system. The new system has been designed to overcome the deficiencies and enhance the capabilities of the present system. Because many enlisted force management activities have good support systems, the recommended system will be directed toward grade restructuring, personnel planning, and personnel programming.
