Microcomputer Networking: A CP/M-Based Application.

Abstract

This thesis examines a topology and protocol for interconnection of microcomputers to allow them to communicate with each other. An application is offered based on the CP/M operating system and other industry standards. A low-cost hardwired implementation for connecting microcomputers is provided with software to allow file transfers. The implementation was developed by redesigning and assimilating existing software utilizing modern software engineering techniques. (Author)
