Aviation Officer Requirements Study.

Abstract

A model is presented which develops Aviation Officer Requirements at the sub-community level within the constraints imposed by a network of permissible career paths specified by the user. The model is currently implemented in a WANG 2200 VS computer in a User-Friendly interactive mode. The user can quickly make multiple runs, varying a number of parameters, to test the implications of various policy alternatives on Aviation Officer Requirements. Demonstration of model application and a model user's guide are included. (Author)
