Abstract

This report contains the objectives and the complete methodology of a plan for evaluating the performance of the Tri-Service Patient Appointment and Scheduling (TRIPAS) System at Keesler Air Force Base. The methodology corresponds to that planned and executed in the baseline (nonautomated) performance of patient appointment and scheduling activities at Keesler. (Author)
