GREAT I Phase C Report: Coordination of Public Participation Program, FY 1978.

Abstract

Public participation and information has been an on-going element of the GREAT I study since 1974. Since 1976, Public Participation Program staff work has been carried out by the consulting firm of Dan McGuiness & Associates under contract with the GREAT I Team via its fiscal agent, the St. Paul District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. This report covers the contractors work for the period November 1, 1977 through October 31, 1978. As a report of the contractor, the contents do not necessarily have the endorsement of the PPIWG.
