Most of the formulas and data in this collection are well known and for all practical purposes are in the public domain. The books and articles cited are intended primarily not for the purpose of giving credit to the original workers, but (i) to guide the reader to sources containing related material and (ii) to indicate where derivations, explanations, examples, etc., omitted from this compilation can be found.
