Evaluation of the Recruit Company Commander Leadership and Management Education and Training (LMET) Course

Abstract

This study developed an evaluation system to determine the effectiveness of the Recruit Company Commander (RCC) Leadership and Management Education and Training (LMET) course and demonstrated its use. A structured method was used to collect data from recent RCC LMET course graduates about the usefulness of the training on the job. The curriculum was determined to be useful; strengths and weaknesses were identified, and recommendations for improvement provided.
