Auxiliary Power Systems: Conference Proceedings of the Propulsion and Energetics Panel B Specialists' Meeting (61st) Held at Copenhagen, Denmark on 30-31 May 1983

Abstract

The Conference Proceedings contain 18 papers presented at the AGARD Propulsion and Energetics Panel 61st B Specialists' Meeting on Auxiliary Power Systems. Questions and answers of the discussions follow each paper. The meeting was arranged in 3 sessions. Requirements for Auxiliary Power Systems papers; Provision of Auxiliary Power (10); and Electrical/Hydraulical Systems/Cooling of Equipment (4). Various technical systems to provide auxiliary power have been developed. These are described and new solutions discussed. It was the purpose of the meeting to review the current state-of-the-art, to exchange experiences and to discuss future problems of auxiliary power generation.
