Abstract

A cost-benefit analysis to determine the ideal military compensation necessary to attract, motivate, and retain an appropriate number and quality of military personnel to provide the Nation with a viable Armed Force. The factors of effectiveness, Efficiency, economy, equity, and psychosocial were the five bases of analysis and synthesis.
