A Review of Major Issues Relating to Human-Machine Integration in the Development of Military Systems

Abstract

This paper discusses recurrent problems and deficiencies related to the adequate consideration of human factors, manpower, personnel and training issues in the development of military systems. It provides a brief review and a discussion of these issues from a number of differing perspectives of the varied participants in the development and acquisition community.
