Abstract

Dryland recreation facilities, a multi-purpose lake, and needed support facilities will be developed in the Tucson Detention Basin. The Basin is a unit of the existing Tucson Diversion Channel Flood Control Project. The purpose of this plan are to (1) to propose a coordinated development plan for all project resources; and (2) provide a basis for advancing to detailed design under the Code 710 program.
