The SENTINAL BRIGHT Cost Models Program.

Abstract

Three cost models -- the OASIS, the TERCON, and the Air Force Model -- are presently being used to determine the total cost of various Department of Defense programs. In the past, these cost calculations were performed manually. This paper describes the SENTINAL BRIGHT Cost Models Program, a program written to automate the cost projection process. (Author)
