Abstract

This study examines the command and unique factors, implications and considerations associated with long war and short war and investigates a spectral approach to Defense Preparedness Planning. The subject is looked at from the historical context of past preparedness planning; the current situation in preparedness planning; and a spectral approach alternative to present preparedness planning.
