The Microcomputer Knowledge Base: Introduction and User Instructions.

Abstract

Access and user instructions are given for the Microcomputer Knowledge Base (MICROS), a vehicle for supplying general information about the applications of microcomputers in support of the Corps of Engineers Civil Works mission. MICROS is intended to foster interaction between Corps field personnel and experts in various areas of microcomputer applications.
