A Syntax Directed Editor Environment.

Abstract

This document describes the implementation and modification of a software development environment for a medium size computer based on a syntax directed editor. Although it was developed for use with the ADA programming language, most of the environment is driven by a language syntax description, and can therefore process virtually any current or future programming language. This environment is an extension of a prototype developed previously at the Air Force Institute of Technology. (Author)
