Analysis of the Naval Warfare Gaming System's Surface-to-Air Missile Routine.

Abstract

This thesis examines the surface-to-air missile engagement model in the Naval Warfare Gaming System installed at the Center for War Gaming, Naval War College, Newport, RI. Flow charts derived directly from the computer code are included. The intent is to verify the computer code with pertinent documentation as well as to determine its realism in modeling actual surface-to-air missile engagements. Modifications to the Naval Warfare Gaming System surface-to-air model are proposed.
