Superlattices and Semiconductor/Semiconductor Interfaces.

Abstract

We report on experimental and theoretical studies of the properties of superlattices and small structures. The major results include: the properties of HgTe-CdTe superlattices for IR detectors, transport over GaA1As barriers, doping in small superlattices, new method of treating superlattices and deep levels in CdTe.
