Maintenance Performance System (Organizational). Motivational Framework for Organizational Maintenance

Abstract

The purpose of this effort is to develop the Maintenance Performance System-Organizational (MPS-O) which is an integrated system for measuring maintenance performance, diagnosing performance problems, taking corrective actions, and providing training. This report describes the motivational framework for the system and how it was developed from an examination of motivational factors identified in the field and in findings from previous research.
