Maintenance Performance System (Organizational). A Model for Unit OJT (On-the-Job Training) and Mechanic Certification

Abstract

The purpose of this project is to develop the Maintenance Performance System-Organizational (MPS-O) which is an integrated system for measuring maintenance performance, diagnosing performance problems, taking corrective actions and providing training. This document describes the development and components of a model for conducting unit on-the-job maintenance training. The model also describes procedures for recognition and certifications of qualified mechanics.
