Maintenance Performance System (Organizational). Supervisor's OJT (On- the-Job Training) Guide

Abstract

The purpose of this effort is to develop the Maintenance Performance System-Organizational which is an integrated system to measure maintenance performance, diagnose problems, take corrective actions and provide training. This report is designed to provide supervisors with knowledge of procedures and principles needed to conduct effects On the Job Training. The procedures and principles described in the guide are based primarily on research findings from a review of the literature on learning and cognition.
