Maintenance Performance System (Organizational). Training Materials for Organizational Maintenance Tasks on M60A1/M113A1 Equipment

Abstract

This document was designed to help unit-level trainers and training managers identify the training materials needed to conduct effective training on organizational maintenance tasks. The document provides a list of training materials for conducting corrective and preventive maintenance training on two items of equipment--the M60A1 tank and M113 family of armored personnel carriers. This document is a product of a project to develop, implement, and evaluate a Maintenance Performance System-Organizational (MPS-O). MPS-O is an integrated system for measuring maintenance performance, diagnosing performance problems, taking corrective actions, and providing training.
