Maintenance Performance System (Organizational). Organizational Maintenance Tasks Selected for the Enhanced Information and Evaluation System

Abstract

The Maintenance Performance System-Organization (MPS-O) is being developed to measure maintenance performance, diagnose performance problems, take corrective actions, and provide training. The Information and Evaluation System (I&ES) is one component of MPS-O. It provides data on maintenance effectiveness, technical proficiency, storing, and processing data and providing output in the form of reports. This document summarizes the process that was used to define and verify maintenance tasks for the Military Occupational Specialties (MOS's), vehicles and equipment to be covered in the I&ES. It provides listings of all tasks and the related performance steps for each of the MOS's and related equipment.
