Evaluation of the Tri-Service Patient Appointment and Scheduling System at USAF Medical Center, KEESLER Air Force Base.

Abstract

This report contains information on an evaluation of the automated TRIPAS System at Keesler Air Force Base. Conclusions are based on a comparison of patient appointment and scheduling operations using an automated system with pre-automation (baseline) functions, taking into account system goals and objectives and user criteria for patient appointment and scheduling services. Conclusions will be used to plan for future use of automated appointment and scheduling systems within DoD. (Author)
