Government Contract Law Cases.

Abstract

The cases presented in this text are drawn from the reported decisions and opinions constituting the case law on Government contracts. They are intended to illustrate the general principles enunciated in the Department of Defense 'Contract Law' course offered by the Air Force Institute of Technology, School of Systems and Logistics in its continuing education curriculum. The cases do not necessarily provide an historical development of the law nor are they presented as representative of the policies of any Government agency.
