Abstract
This document supplements the Final Environmental Impact Statement of the Twin Valley Lake-Wild Rive River Flood Control Project. Additional information is provided on proposed fish and wildlife compensation measures to offset project-induced losses, the results of water quality studies conducted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Waterways Experiment Station, and a Section 404 evaluation.
