Computerized Vocational Guidance (CVG) Systems: Evaluation for Use in Military Recruiting.

Abstract

Five civilian and three military computerized vocational guidance (CVG) systems were considered and evaluated for their contributions to the design and development of a CVG system for use in military recruiting. It was recommended that a system specifically designed for the recruiting environment be developed. (Author)
