RDI Task Final Report of Research and Development of Software, Ballistic Test Site Terminal.

Abstract

The Ballistic Test Site Terminal is a minicomputer-based digital data acquisition system developed by the Materiel Testing Directorate of Aberdeen Proving Ground. The Ballistic Test Site Terminal is an 8-, 16-, or 32-channel, voltage, charge or resistance input, 80 kHz bandwidth transient signal recording and processing system with 0.2% accuracy. The design goals, hardware configuration, and software environment are described. Documentation for the operational software, the analysis software, and the data file format is provided. The design, development, and testing of this software were accomplished by Materiel Testing Directorate during the period of 1 October 1979 to 31 December 1983. (Author)
