Investigations of Vacuum Ultraviolet and Soft X-Ray Lasers.

Abstract

The regimes in which an X-ray free electron laser can be operated are discussed. One possible use of an X-ray laser to nuclear spectroscopy is described. Intense field effects on nuclear beta decay are analyzed. (Author)
